The Vapors

The Vapors are a British band formed in 1979 whose music blends new wave and power pop with post-punk energy; they are noted for chiming guitars, punchy rhythms and melodic vocals and are associated with the late 1970s and early 1980s new wave scene, particularly the song "Turning Japanese".
