The Supremes

The Supremes were an American female vocal group formed in 1961 and associated with Motown Records, known for a polished blend of pop and soul, tight harmonies, and coordinated stage presentation. The original core lineup included Diana Ross, Mary Wilson, and Florence Ballard, and the group experienced lineup changes and a period billed as Diana Ross and the Supremes before disbanding in 1977.
