The Pretty Things

The Pretty Things are an English rock band formed in 1963, originally rooted in rhythm and blues and known for a raw, garage-flavored sound and energetic live shows. In the late 1960s they moved into more experimental and psychedelic territory, releasing the long-form concept album S.F. Sorrow, which is often described as an early rock opera. Their music is characterized by gritty vocals, distorted guitars, and a willingness to explore theatrical and unconventional song structures.
