The Miracles

The Miracles were an American R&B and soul vocal group formed in Detroit in 1955, known for smooth lead vocals by Smokey Robinson, close harmonies, and a blend of doo-wop, rhythm and blues, and pop; they were early contributors to the Motown sound and remained active until 1978, with members also contributing songwriting and production work.
