The Doors

The Doors were an American rock band formed in 1965 and active until 1973, characterized by a keyboard-forward sound led by Ray Manzarek and the deep, poetic vocal delivery of Jim Morrison. Their music blended rock and blues with elements of psychedelia and jazz, featuring organ-driven arrangements, electric guitar, bass, drums, and lyrics that often explored darker or mystical themes.
