The Clovers

The Clovers were an American vocal group formed in 1946 and active through 2002. Their music drew on rhythm and blues and mid 20th century vocal harmony styles often associated with doo-wop, featuring close group harmonies and arrangements that blended pop phrasing with blues-rooted rhythms. They are commonly identified with the vocal group tradition in US popular music of that era.
