The Chantays

The Chantays are an American surf rock band formed in 1961, known for instrumental surf music marked by twangy, reverb-drenched guitar lines and driving rhythms. They are associated with the early 1960s Southern California surf scene and are particularly identified with the instrumental Pipeline.
