Television

Television was an American rock band formed in 1973 and active until 2023. Associated with the early New York punk and new wave scene, their music combined art-punk sensibilities with extended, cleanly articulated twin-guitar interplay, precise arrangements, and literate songwriting, favoring melodic instrumental passages and an exploratory approach to song structure.
