Stoney Edwards

Stoney Edwards was an American country singer whose work in the late 1960s and 1970s featured traditional country instrumentation and storytelling and a deep, resonant vocal style. He was notable as one of the relatively few Black artists recording and performing within mainstream country music during that period, and his repertoire often touched on working-class themes and classic country arrangements.
