Stereo MC's

Stereo MC’s are a British band formed in 1985, centered on vocalist Rob Birch and producer/DJ Nick Hallam. Their music mixes hip hop rhythms and vocal delivery with electronic production, funk and soul influences, sample-based beats and live instrumentation, creating a groove-oriented sound that helped bridge underground hip hop, dance and alternative scenes in the UK.
