Spirit

Spirit was an American rock band formed in 1967 and active through 1997, known for blending psychedelic rock, jazz, folk, and progressive elements into a sound that featured prominent electric guitar, organ and keyboard textures and jazz-influenced rhythms. Their music mixed concise songs with extended instrumental passages and experimental production approaches, and the group went through several lineup changes over its three decades of activity.
