Solange Knowles is an American singer, songwriter and producer whose work blends R&B, neo-soul, funk, electronic and psychedelic pop elements. Her projects often take a conceptual approach and she has pursued independent, multidisciplinary creative work; she is the younger sister of Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.
