So Solid Crew

So Solid Crew is a British urban music collective formed in 1998 in South London. Associated with the UK garage scene, they combined garage production with MCing and elements of hip hop and early grime, often featuring bass-heavy beats and rapid-fire vocal delivery across a large roster of members. The group is known for bringing MC-led performances into UK club culture and for influencing later strands of British urban music.
