Slim Harpo

Slim Harpo was an American blues musician associated with the swamp blues sound of Louisiana, known for a laid-back vocal delivery, rhythmic guitar, and prominent harmonica. Recording in the 1950s and 1960s, his music used spare, groove-focused arrangements that blended country blues and R&B, and several of his songs were later covered by rock and British Invasion artists.
