Simon Joyner

Simon Joyner is an American singer-songwriter from Omaha, Nebraska, whose work blends spare, literate folk songwriting with lo-fi indie and alt-country touches. His songs favor intimate, narrative lyrics and understated acoustic arrangements, sometimes incorporating experimental textures. Active since the early 1990s, he has been influential within the Omaha indie scene, including on artists such as Conor Oberst.
