Rufus

Rufus was an American R&B and funk band formed in 1970, closely associated with vocalist Chaka Khan; their music blended funk, soul, and rock-influenced elements with prominent vocals and tight musicianship, and the group remained active through the 1970s into the early 1980s before disbanding in 1983.
