Rilo Kiley

Rilo Kiley was an American indie rock band formed in 1998 and active until 2011. Fronted by singer-songwriter Jenny Lewis with guitarist Blake Sennett and supported by a rhythm section, their sound blended indie rock and indie pop with touches of alt-country and folk, featuring melodic arrangements and literate, character-driven lyrics. They emerged from the early 2000s Los Angeles indie scene and members went on to pursue solo and other projects after the band ceased activity.
