Phil Collins

Phil Collins is an English drummer, singer and songwriter known for his work as a member of the rock band Genesis and for a solo career that leaned toward pop and balladry. His music blends rock, pop and soul influences, marked by rhythmic, percussion-driven arrangements, emotive melodic vocals and a distinctive gated drum sound; he has also done work composing for film and performs as a multi-instrumentalist.
