Missing Persons

Missing Persons were an American new wave band active from 1980 to 1986. Their music combined synthesizer-driven pop, angular guitar lines, and funk-influenced rhythms, anchored by Dale Bozzio's distinctive, theatrical vocal delivery. Emerging from the early 1980s Los Angeles scene, the group blended art-pop and rock elements and placed a strong emphasis on visual style.
