Misfits

Misfits are an American punk rock band formed in 1977, closely associated with the horror punk subgenre. They combine short, fast punk songs with melodic hooks and lyrics inspired by horror films and B-movie imagery, often delivered by founding vocalist Glenn Danzig. Their visual identity features skull iconography and a theatrical stage persona, and their raw, stripped-down sound has had a noticeable impact on later punk and related scenes.
