Love Unlimited Orchestra

Love Unlimited Orchestra was an American studio orchestra formed by Barry White in 1972 to back the female vocal group Love Unlimited and to record instrumental material. Their sound blended lush orchestral strings and horns with a rhythm section rooted in soul and early disco, producing cinematic, arrangement-driven instrumental tracks. The group remained active into the early 1980s and is associated with the orchestral soul and disco styles of that period.
