Little Richard

Little Richard was an American singer, pianist, and songwriter whose energetic, piano-driven performances helped shape early rock and roll. He fused gospel intensity, rhythm and blues grooves, and boogie-woogie piano with a raw, raspy vocal delivery and a flamboyant stage persona, and his style influenced many later rock artists. He died in 2020.
