Karen Dalton

Karen Dalton was an American folk and blues singer and musician associated with the 1960s Greenwich Village scene who died in 1993. She was known for a husky, emotive vocal delivery and for accompanying herself on 12-string guitar and banjo, blending folk, blues, and country elements into sparse, intimate arrangements.
