John Cale

John Cale is a Welsh-born musician, composer, and producer whose work spans experimental classical composition, avant-garde and art rock. A multi-instrumentalist often associated with viola and keyboards, he was a founding member of the Velvet Underground and has pursued a solo career and production work that blends orchestral and drone elements with rock instrumentation.
