Jim Diamond

Jim Diamond was a Scottish singer-songwriter and musician known for a soulful, pop-rock vocal style. He rose to wider attention in the late 1970s and early 1980s both as a solo artist and as the vocalist of the duo Ph.D., blending pop melodies with blue-eyed soul and emotive balladry. His voice was noted for its warmth and expressiveness, and he continued to record and perform into later decades before his death in 2015.
