Jenny Hval

Jenny Hval is a Norwegian singer-songwriter and experimental artist whose work blends art-pop, electronic textures, and spoken-word elements. Her music and performances often engage with themes of gender, the body, identity, and sexuality, using conceptual lyrics and unconventional song structures alongside atmospheric production. Early in her career she released music under the name Rockettothesky, and she is also active as a writer and collaborator within contemporary experimental music scenes.
