Human Resource

Human Resource is a Dutch electronic group formed in 1991, associated with early 1990s hardcore techno and rave styles. Their music is characterized by hard, driving beats, distorted synth textures and industrial tones, and they are widely associated with the track "Dominator" and its prominent use of the so-called hoover synth sound that figured in early hardcore and techno production.
