Harry Chapin

Harry Chapin was an American singer-songwriter known for his narrative, folk-influenced pop and rock songs, often built around storytelling lyrics, acoustic guitar arrangements, and a conversational vocal delivery. He was also active in public advocacy for hunger relief and other social causes and died in 1981.
