Guitar Slim

Guitar Slim was an American blues guitarist active in the 1950s, noted for a raw, electrified guitar tone, heavy use of distortion and dramatic stage presence; his approach helped shape postwar electric blues and had an impact on later rock and blues players. He died in 1959.
