Grateful Dead

Grateful Dead was an American rock band formed in 1965 and active through 1995. They blended elements of rock, folk, country, blues, and jazz into an improvisational approach marked by extended live jams and fluid setlists. The group emphasized live performance and archival recordings, and they inspired a dedicated fan community known as Deadheads.
