Fats Domino

Fats Domino was an American pianist and singer-songwriter from New Orleans whose piano-driven rhythm and blues style played a key role in the development of early rock and roll. His recordings typically featured rolling boogie-woogie piano, a warm baritone vocal delivery, and compact arrangements with a small combo, and he often worked closely with New Orleans producer and arranger Dave Bartholomew.
