Erroll Garner Trio

The Erroll Garner Trio was the piano trio led by American pianist Erroll Garner, typically featuring piano, bass, and drums. They played a swinging, melodic form of mainstream jazz characterized by Garner's distinctive block-chord voicings, buoyant rhythmic feel, and improvisational lyricism, and their mid-20th century recordings and performances influenced many later jazz pianists.
