Dion

Dion (Dion DiMucci) is an American singer-songwriter originally associated with doo-wop and early rock and roll, first recording with the group Dion and the Belmonts before pursuing a solo career that later drew on blues, folk, and gospel influences. He is known for a reedy, emotive singing voice and for songs that blend R&B and pop elements, and he is regarded as an influential figure in the development of popular music in the late 1950s and 1960s.
