Dillard & Clark

Dillard & Clark was a short-lived American band formed in 1968 by singer-songwriter Gene Clark and banjoist Doug Dillard. The group combined Clark's folk-rock and country songwriting with Dillard's bluegrass instrumentation, creating a blend of folk-rock, country, and bluegrass that is associated with early country rock and Americana; they recorded together before disbanding in 1969.
