Dick Haymes

Dick Haymes was an Argentine-born American singer and actor active mainly in the 1940s and 1950s, known for a smooth baritone voice in the traditional pop and big band idioms. He performed regularly on radio and in films and was associated with romantic balladry and standards of the mid-20th century American popular repertoire. He died in 1980.
