Brownsville Station

Brownsville Station was an American rock band formed in 1969 and active through 1979. Their sound combined hard-driving, guitar-led boogie rock and blues-rock with raucous, party-oriented lyrics and a rowdy live reputation. The group recorded the 1973 song 'Smokin' in the Boys Room' and were part of the early 1970s rock scene that favored direct, hook-driven songs and energetic performances.
