Bloodrock

Bloodrock was an American hard rock band formed in Fort Worth, Texas in 1969 and active until 1975. Their sound blended heavy, guitar-driven rock with psychedelic and progressive touches, often supported by organ textures and dark, dramatic lyrical themes. Associated with the late 1960s and early 1970s Texas rock scene, their brooding, heavy approach contains elements that would later be associated with hard rock and proto-metal.
