Moussolou

Moussolou (1991) is an early album by Malian singer Oumou Sangaré that showcases the Wassoulou musical tradition. It blends traditional rhythms and pentatonic vocal lines with electric guitar, layered percussion and contemporary arrangements, placing Sangaré's powerful, expressive voice at the center.
