Windy & Carl

Windy & Carl are an American ambient duo formed in 1993 by Windy Weber and Carl Hultgren. They make guitar-based drone and ambient soundscapes marked by heavy reverb and delay, slow tempos, and dense, immersive textures, often instrumental and focused on atmosphere and extended, slowly unfolding compositions.
