Thomas Dutronc

Thomas Dutronc is a French guitarist and singer who blends gypsy jazz and French chanson, drawing on the Django Reinhardt tradition with acoustic guitar-led arrangements and a swing-inflected vocal approach. He often performs with stringed ensembles and has been associated with efforts to bring hot club sounds into a contemporary French pop and chanson context; he is also the son of musicians Jacques Dutronc and Françoise Hardy.
