The Jacka

The Jacka was an American rapper from the San Francisco Bay Area, associated with the Mob Figaz collective. His work blended street-oriented storytelling with introspective, often melodic delivery, and he was known for frequent collaborations with other Bay Area artists. Across a number of solo and group projects he was a consistent presence in the region's underground West Coast hip hop scene until his death in 2015.
