SFJAZZ Collective

SFJAZZ Collective is a rotating ensemble formed in 2004 that brings together prominent jazz musicians to perform collaborative arrangements and new compositions. Their sound blends modern and post-bop improvisation with larger ensemble textures, often reworking jazz repertoire and showcasing extended soloing within a flexible group format. The project emphasizes commissioning and arranging new material and serves as a creative laboratory for contemporary jazz players.
