Penetration

Penetration is an English punk band formed in 1976 in Newcastle, fronted by singer Pauline Murray. Their music blends raw punk energy with a lean, melodic approach that helped bridge first-wave punk and early post-punk, featuring direct, guitar-driven arrangements and Murray's distinctive vocals. They are associated with the late 1970s UK punk scene and incorporated more angular, atmospheric elements as their sound developed.
