Michael Brecker

Michael Brecker was an American tenor saxophonist known for his virtuosic technique, powerful tone, and wide stylistic range. He moved comfortably between post-bop and jazz fusion, embraced electronic instruments such as the EWI, and was active as a session musician and collaborator. He also recorded and performed as one half of the Brecker Brothers with his brother Randy.
