Juilliard String Quartet

The Juilliard String Quartet is an American chamber ensemble formed in 1946 at the Juilliard School. The group performs the standard string quartet repertoire and has a history of commissioning and presenting contemporary works; its personnel has changed over time and it has been closely associated with performance and teaching at Juilliard.
