Jean‐Louis Murat

Jean-Louis Murat was a French singer-songwriter known for blending chanson, folk and rock, often pairing spare, atmospheric arrangements with poetic and melancholic lyrics; his intimate vocal delivery and prolific output made him a distinct presence in contemporary French songwriting. He died in 2023.
