Jean-Jacques Goldman

Jean-Jacques Goldman is a French singer-songwriter and guitarist whose work blends pop, rock, and chanson traditions. He is known for melodic, guitar-based arrangements and thoughtful, narrative lyrics, and he has written and produced for other francophone artists as well as for his own recordings. Goldman was a prominent figure in French popular music from the 1980s onward and has also been involved in charitable music projects; in later years he has maintained a lower public profile.
