Change

Change was an Italian-American post-disco and R&B studio project formed in 1979 by Jacques Fred Petrus and producer Mauro Malavasi, active until 1986. The group combined European dance production techniques with American soul and R&B vocal styles, using polished arrangements, syncopated basslines, and prominent lead and backing vocals performed by a rotating cast of session singers. Their sound is often described in the context of late 1970s and early 1980s dance and post-disco music.
