Car Seat Headrest

Car Seat Headrest is an American indie rock band formed in 2010 by singer-songwriter Will Toledo. It began as a home-recording, lo-fi solo project that Toledo released online before expanding into a full band for live shows and later studio recordings. The music combines confessional, often stream-of-consciousness lyrics with shifts between quiet, intimate passages and louder, guitar-driven arrangements, drawing on punk, classic rock, and experimental indie influences.
