Buffalo Tom

Buffalo Tom is an American alternative rock band formed in Boston in 1986, led by singer-guitarist Bill Janovitz with bassist Chris Colbourn and drummer Tom Maginnis. Their music blends melodic, guitar-driven indie and college rock with earnest, often introspective vocals and harmonies, moving between jangly, subdued passages and louder, more forceful dynamics. They have maintained a steady presence in the independent rock scene across multiple decades.
